Hohoho Everyone and Jingle all the way!!!
Can you believe that the year is now coming to a close, and Christmas is upon us, although once again Mother nature in her wisdom has decided I do not need snow again so I can have a white Christmas! My husband has been showing me how bad it is in London with the snow, I explain over and over again, that i only want snow for the one day and to get over it!
I have this years games all sorted again, and have quite the crowd again, so it will be a very busy day. With my girls having both bought a house this year, I was sure that my role as Christmas fairy would be taken over, but it seems that it is still my job for a bit longer, well for this year at least.
This year has been amazing in the support we have had from everyone, and for that we thank each and everyone of you. Some of you we meet on the road at the different shows, and some internet only, and lots who come to our classes, and the shop. It is so important that we have you all supporting us, as retailers it is tough, but I think we have the best customers, and we love sharing all our different products and designs with you.
Next year, our work load is going to double (more about that major supersonic announcement next year!!), with that in mind we are welcoming Sammy back joining us full time. We have stolen her away from LJ Hooker as property manager, and she will be our Queen of Buzz - so her new job is all the website work, the newsletters, stock control, facebook, instagram and anything else that means you get to hear about what we are up to -hopefully meaning we manage to get newsletters out more frequently as Aly and I simply do not have time!!! She will also be front of house at the shop, and event manager for all the road shows we attend, so hopefully we do not have to go shopping every show for the things we forgot to pack.
So next year staff will be - Mum and both daughters full time, Pauline three days a week, and Cheryl is going to be doing classes every Thursday afternoon, and one Saturday per month. Fingers crossed we will also be getting a few guest tutors in to really keep you all busy. We will also be releasing a whole new range of kits next year, after we get back from our 20 pages classes, so between that and all the road shows, its going to be pretty busy!!!
We like most people at this time of the year really need a break! So we are closed for a couple of weeks after Christmas - you can check out our closure and opening dates below, and besides I have 20 pages to design!
We have one more class and then we are in clean up mode - KIDS CLASS - 20th DECEMBER. See all the info below for more details about this fun day for the kids!
Once again thank you for all of your wonderful support, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, and a happy new year. I hope you all get to spend some time with family and friends. If it is to hot, don't forget you can always craft! I also know just where you can get some wonderful products from!
